Is there any app where I can visually do to a PDF what I do to the paper sheet, as in writing on the borders of the page, highlighting, putting circles around words, etc., and save it as I do it?

You can insert a page border in Microsoft Word using following simple and easy steps. Open your Word document. Double-click the Word document to which you want to add borders. This will open the document in Microsoft Word. Click the Home tab. It's at the top of the Word window. Doing so will open the correct toolbar here. Select content. Click and drag your mouse across the text or image(s) around which you want to place a border. Find the "Borders" button. This button resembles a square divided into four smaller squares; you'll find it in the "Paragraph" section of options in the toolbar, just right of the paint bucket icon. Click (dropdown) next to the "Borders" button. This downward-facing arrow is to the right of the "Borders" button. Clicking it prompts a drop-down menu. Click Borders and Shading…. It's at the bottom of the drop-down menu. Select a border setting. In the left-most column, click the border option that you want to use. Select a border style. In the "Style" column, scroll down until you find the border style you want to use, then click the style. Click OK. It's at the bottom of the window. Doing so will apply your border to the selected text or picture.

Write on PDF: All You Need to Know

Once you've set up the PDF driver, you can start a Print Job (via Send to or other software) using any Adobe program, or a Windows application. If your printer is running Windows 7, it only adds about 3 to the cost of an order, which is a fantastic deal for a tool. If you're looking to learn how to use PDF and design in Photoshop or Illustrator, check out this page. I recommend setting up a template for your designs and keeping your PDF files in a Dropbox folders, with a “back up” folder where you store any of your final files. This way, you can always access your template and save changes. Using the Print Button from the Print dialog, a virtual PDF printer has been registered to print on your project. Here's a sample design that shows a design template, an offset file path, and the location.
