Can anyone write here the Shia Jumma Khutba (Friday sermon) in Arabic or paste a link to some website or book/PDF file?
You can’t write your name in exactly the same way as you do in Sanskrit/Hindi. This is because neither of Arabic and Urdu has the sound written as ऋ in Sanskrit/Hindi and thus no symbol for it. You can therefore approximate your name as you do in English — the Urdu one is closer to your real name because Urdu phonology is identical to Sanskrit’s (minus a handful of sounds like ऋ, ॠ, ऌ, ण) with some Perso-Arabic sounds thrown into the mix. Urdu. You’d write it as رچا (or if you were to vowelize fully, رِچَا). The Perso-Arabic script omits short vowels, which is why the former simply says Rcha and the latter reads “Richa” (technically, रिचा; note the approximation of ऋ). Arabic. Arabic (or at least standard Arabic) doesn’t even have the ch sound. Any chs in loanwords are approximated as js, or sometimes as shs. There is no “standard” way of transcribing Sanskrit/other Indian names, so I’ll give you both. ريشا — which says रीशा ريجا — which says रीजा Note that both the approximations are very far from the Sanskrit (or even Hindi) pronunciation. Besides approximating the च, both of these lengthen the vowel as well (this is common when writing loanwords in Arabic, although Arabic does have a short “i”/इ sound, so you could write رشا / रिशा or رجا / रिजा… At the risk of people pronouncing the short vowel as a/अ or u/उ, because there’s nothing written on the r)

Arabic names have also been written in the Safe script (although I don’t want to use it in this article, because this is a special alphabet which can be useful for other purposes, like writing phonetically and phonetically speaking languages…). To write Persian ریوم — literally, the Romanization of Sanskrit’s ई (which is शास१/उस्) — simply say ریوث (or ریوم if you have an Arabic keyboard), which roughly translates to English / ره‥ثای. In Persian (because it is simply a Persian name, not a translation of it into Sanskrit/Hindi), Persian writers have used letters and sound differently. The Romanization that I’ve listed above also has a long vowel. So just write it out as ریوجې “, with a little extra space after the last “ṭ”. Note that the Romanization of your name in English probably won’t be correct,.
