What is the best way to study PDF files?

Best device for reading PDFs. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Best software for reading and annotating PDFs. Drawboard PDF Trust me, I read and annotate a lot of pdfs and this combination is by far the best. The Surface Pen is outstanding and allows you to rest your palm on the tablet without it interfering with the pen's inking. I've previously used an iPad Air with finger / stylus and it doesn't come close to the Surface Pro + pen combination. The additional size of the Surface Pro is particularly useful for pdf viewing too.

Write on PDF: All You Need to Know

I'd suggest picking up a Surface Pro 3 instead if you use a stylus. With the Surface Pro 3, you get 8 GB RAM with 128 GB of the SSD storage, a 10.6" WGA FHD screen, and LTE connectivity, while the Surface Pro (not pictured) has a 12" FHD FSD display, 2 GB (2x 512 GB) RAM, Intel Core i5-6500U CPU, 8 GB storage, LTE connectivity and NVIDIA GTX 860M (2 GB) GPU. I like Apple's iMac Pro, but it's also far from perfect. With all this in mind, I've settled on the Surface Pro 3 (as is appropriate for a laptop/tablet hybrid) as my go-to device at home. I use it in class, while I study, on the road, on the train, in my car, in the airport, etc. I've had no problem with it in any of these scenarios. I was very intrigued with Microsoft's Surface.
